Princess Catherine, Prince William, Prince George and Princess Charlotte continued a favorite summer outing at Wimbledon.
The Prince and Princess of Wales were joined by their two eldest children at the men’s singles finals on Sunday, July 12. The family, minus Prince Louis, watched the tennis action from the front row of the Royal Box at Centre Court, and saw Jannik Sinner come out victorious over Alexander Zverev.
Princess Catherine is the patron of the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club, where the tournament is held, giving her an important job: handing out the trophies at the end of the match.

Royal Arrival
Princess Catherine gave a wave as the family arrived at Wimbledon for the gentlemen’s singles finals. As in previous years, she was joined by her husband and their two eldest children.
Princess Catherine Meets King Arthur
Before heading to the Royal Box, Princess Catherine met with some of the Wimbledon staff. She also met British wildcard Arthur Fery, who made a storybook-like run in the tennis tournament and reached the semifinals, becoming only the second wildcard in men’s singles history to make it to the final four competitors.
Glowing in Green
The Princess of Wales wore a green midi-length dress for the outing, accessorizing with her green-and-purple pin that signifies her status as patron of the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club.

The crowd at Centre Court stood and applauded as Prince William, Princess Catherine and their eldest children took their seats.
A Round of Applause
The royals were captive spectators, standing and applauding the athletes.

Princess Charlotte and Princess Catherine sat next to each other, chatting and laughing throughout the match.
Royal Pros
Prince George, 12, and Princess Charlotte, 11, are now seasoned pros at Wimbledon, having attended the tennis tournament on several occasions since they each turned 8. However, their little brother, Prince Louis, now 8, wasn’t at the sporting event this year.
Beating the Heat
Prince William and Prince George both wore suits and ties, keeping with the dress code for the Royal Box. However, George was seen keeping cool in the heat with a handheld fan.
Keeping Cool
Temperatures were so high that the Royal Box abandoned their no hats rule and provided headwear to guests. Prince George and Princess Charlotte sported the fedoras with green and purple hat bands, while Princess Catherine brought her own sun hat.
Taking Centre Court
After Sinner won in a match that lasted nearly four hours, Princess Catherine headed down to Centre Court for the trophy presentation.
Proud Patron
Princess Catherine was the one to hand over the iconic Wimbledon trophy over the Sinner.
A Word with the Winner
Catherine shared a word with Sinner, who also won the tournament last year.
